I love this place and don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for Pilates. All the trainers are super welcoming, sweet & motivating. The overall atmosphere is definitely a safe space where you don’t feel judged or out of place. Also very hygienic & love that there’s a cafe I can grab my coffee on the way out after my morning session.

Aila Pilates has different classes catered to your goals, and each session activates almost all your muscle groups. All of the trainers are experienced, engaging and very polite.
